个人简介

湖南永州人,中共党员,博士(),教授,博士生导师,芙蓉计划青年人才,湖南省普通高校青年骨干教师。主要从事既有桥梁结构防灾诊治、新型土木材料和结构等方面的研究工作,在《ASCE Journal of Structural Engineering》、《ASCE Journal of Engineering Mechanics》、《ACI structural Journal》、《International Journal of Fatigue》、《Cement and Concrete Composites》《建筑结构学报》等期刊上发表论文90余篇,其中SCI收录论文40余篇,1篇入选ESI高被引论文,出版学术专著1部,获中国、美国等授权发明专利20余项、转让发明专利2项,主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后特别资助项目等10余项,参与国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(973计划)等多项,获湖南省科技进步一等奖,中国公路学会科学技术奖一等奖,中国发明专利优秀奖、日内瓦国际发明展银奖等4项。
